Am I able to purchase boxes and supplies?

We stock an array of boxes and packing supplies including bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and tape. Contact us for more information on our inventory.

Do I need to purchase a lock?

Yes. Locks are available for purchase.

When is my payment due?

All payments are due on or before the 1st of each month.

How do I may my monthly payment?

We accept money order, cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also call or stop by the office to make your payment. We also offer a monthly auto-pay option.

Do I need a climate-controlled unit?

You may need a climate-controlled storage unit if you intend to store weather-sensitive items such as artwork, instruments, household appliances, electronics, antiques, or furniture. These units protect your belongings from intense temperatures and humidity.

What items am I not allowed to store?

Tenants are never allowed to store perishables, plants, animals, flammable or hazardous items, explosives, stolen or illegal items. Contact us if you have questions about specific items.

Do you offer truck rentals?

We do offer affordable moving trucks. Please contact our office for the terms and let us know if you need help finding a reliable mover.
